Unapologetic Eating by Alissa Rumsey with Maggie Landes, MD
Episode Summary
When Maggie Landes, MD was diagnosed with cancer and realized she wanted to live as long as possible, she thought food held the key. She took a deep dive into nutrition and stumbled into the realization that there is no evidence showing value to dieting or shrinking our bodies. That was the start of a mission to inform people that they don't have to shrink themselves to be healthy. Now she is using her doctor powers for good and helping people turn toward intuitive eating and food freedom.
