This week's episode starts with a bit of deja vu! Last episode was filled with great little mini-conversations I had with some of the authors of Big: Stories about Life in Plus-Sized Bodies. This week, I continue to introduce you to more amazing humans who are connected to this book. In this episode we had a heart- filled roundtable discussion. The structure of this episode revolved around four questions: How did your body liberation/body positive journey start? How did the process of writing and/or editing this book change you? What is your story in the anthology about and why is it important? What is one thing you think someone could do to start on a path to loving their body? Needless to say, I was talking to a talented pack of writers, so they had a lot to say! We talked for an hour and a half and I loved every minute of it. Our conversation meandered and then got focused and then did it again. It was brilliant and packed with love.
Some of the things we covered included:
Looking back on a life well-lived
And so much more....
